The construction method of the hanging support system for the pitched roof hanging basket comprises the following steps that firstly, a roof structure layer is laid, and an inner side installation groove and an outer side installation groove are formed in the position, close to a cornice, of the roof structure layer at intervals; secondly, a first embedded part is installed in the inner side installation groove, and meanwhile a second embedded part is installed in the outer side installation groove; thirdly, the lower end of the cantilever rod is connected with the first embedded part in a hinged mode; fourthly, the cantilever rod supporting leg is hinged to the second embedded part, and the upper end of the cantilever rod supporting leg is connected to the bottom of the front section of the cantilever rod in a supported mode; and fifthly, the hanging basket is hung below the hanging piece through the steel strand. The technical problems that a traditional suspension support is relatively tedious to mount and dismount and needs to be matched with a machine, the influence on other working procedures is large after mounting, and the safety risk is large due to the fact that the traditional suspension support cannot be well connected with a main body structure when used on a pitched roof are solved.
一种用于坡屋面吊篮的悬挂支架系统及其施工方法,包括步骤如下:步骤一,铺设屋面结构层,并且在屋面结构层上、靠近檐口位置处间隔设置有内侧安装槽和外侧安装槽;步骤二,在内侧安装槽中安装第一预埋件,同时在外侧安装槽中安装第二预埋件;步骤三,将悬臂杆的下端与第一预埋件铰接连接;步骤四,将悬臂杆支腿与第二预埋件铰接连接,在将悬臂杆支腿的上端托接在悬臂杆的前段底部;步骤五,将吊篮通过钢绞线挂接在挂件的下方。本发明解决了传统的悬挂支架安装拆除相对繁琐需要配合机械、安装后对其它工序作业时影响较大以及在坡屋面上使用时与主体结构不能很好连接,造成安全风险大的技术问题。
