The invention discloses an efficient multi-point bolt hole plugging device which comprises a base plate and a cement mortar groove located above the base plate, one or more spraying pipes and an injection grouting device are further arranged above the base plate, and the injection grouting device comprises a plurality of needle cylinders, drawing rods with the same number as the needle cylinders, a connecting pedal and an I-shaped handle. Wherein the needle cylinder is arranged below the connecting pedal, the drawing rods penetrate through the connecting pedal and extend into the needle cylinder to form a drawing structure, the upper ends of the drawing rods are connected with the I-shaped handle, slurry suction or slurry discharge of the needle cylinder is formed through drawing of the I-shaped handle, and the injection slurry pressing device is communicated with the spray pipe through the one-way valve connector. The bolt hole plugging device is simple in design, a large number of regularly-arranged bolt holes can be plugged at multiple points at the same time, the bolt hole plugging work efficiency is improved, and labor is saved.
