The invention relates to the technical field of antibacterial drawing boards, in particular to an antibacterial drawing board capable of slowly releasing anions and a preparation process thereof.The preparation process includes the following steps that a base plate is taken, mortar is smeared on the surface of the base plate, gridding cloth is overlaid on the surface of the mortar, finally, the surface of the gridding cloth is coated with paint, and the antibacterial drawing board is obtained; the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a water-based UV coating, 10-15 parts of barium sulfate, 1-5 parts of titanium dioxide and 150-200 parts of water. According to the invention, by setting the component proportion of the mortar on the surface of the base cloth, tourmaline, rare earth minerals, silicon dioxide and the like are introduced, so that the drawing board is endowed with high-concentration and lasting negative ion slow-release capability; the gridding cloth is overlaid on the surface of the mortar, the surface of the gridding cloth is coated with the coating, and the antibacterial ability of the manufactured drawing board is remarkably improved by means of surface modification of the component titanium dioxide in the coating.
