The invention discloses an anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge storage device which comprises a storage liquid adjusting area, a sludge storage area and a waste liquid disposal area, the storage liquid adjusting area comprises a matrix liquid storage tank, an alkali liquid storage tank and an acid liquid storage tank, the sludge storage area comprises a sludge storage tank, and the waste liquid disposal area comprises a waste liquid storage tank. A temperature control device, a water quality monitoring integrated device and a stirrer are arranged in the sludge storage tank, and the temperature control device has temperature sensing, heating and refrigerating functions. The invention also discloses an anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge storage method. By arranging the storage liquid adjusting area, the sludge storage area and the waste liquid disposal area, real-time monitoring, adjusting and replacing of the anaerobic ammonium oxidation strain storage liquid can be economically and effectively achieved.
