The construction method comprises the steps of preparation of the porous steel slag loaded nano flame retardant tunnel pavement mixture, paving, pressing, reinforcement, protection and the like, the ignition time of the tunnel pavement can be effectively prolonged, the peak heat release amount and the total heat release amount are reduced, the noise absorption effect is improved, the functions of flame retardance, environmental protection and the like are achieved, and the construction cost is reduced. And the use effect can be exerted to the maximum extent when applied to tunnel pavements.
