Comprising a guide pipe, the upper end of the guide pipe is connected with a winch through a traction rope, the guide pipe is rotationally connected with a rotating shell, the rotating shell is slidably connected with a sliding ring, the sliding ring is fixedly connected with symmetrically-distributed supporting pipes, the supporting pipes are slidably connected with evenly-distributed limiting pins, and the supporting pipes are provided with evenly-distributed sensing modules; the induction module is in radio connection with the winch. The induction module induces the relative position between cement slurry and the guide pipe, the speed of the winch for recycling the traction rope is controlled, and then the recycling speed of the traction rope is matched with the discharging speed of the cement slurry, so that the guide pipe is always submerged by the cement slurry; and the situation that the uniformity and consistency of the cement slurry are affected by unsmooth flowing or local gathering of the cement slurry caused by too high or too low guide pipes is avoided, and then the pouring compactness and strength of the cement slurry are improved.
