A rotating motor is started to drive a first rotating rod, a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear to rotate, the second bevel gear drives a second rotating rod and a sliding block to rotate synchronously, rotation of the sliding block can link an inclined supporting rod and a circular ring disc to rotate synchronously, and slurry in a discharging pipe can be stirred for the second time through rotation of the inclined supporting rod; after discharging, a rotating handle can be manually rotated to drive a rotating rod III and synchronously drive a screw rod, a bevel gear III and an engaged bevel gear IV to rotate, and meanwhile, the screw rod can drive an arc-shaped block to move a sliding block, so that a telescopic rod is driven to extend to pull an inclined supporting rod, a semicircular plate and an abutting rod to synchronously move, and the inclination angle of the inclined supporting rod, the semicircular plate and the abutting rod is changed; and a rubber plate and a plurality of scraping plates mounted on the abutting rod are close to the inner wall of the discharging pipe, and the scraping plates are driven to scrape and clean excess materials on the inner wall of the discharging pipe in the moving process.
