The design is reasonable, the cost is low, the waste dump platform construction process and the waste dump drainage system are combined, catchment of the waste dump platform is intensively discharged out of the waste dump, and safety and stability of the waste dump are guaranteed; and meanwhile, platform catchment water is decelerated, silt is filtered, the ecological environment is protected, and water and soil loss is prevented.
