The invention discloses an electric floor drain device capable of being passively opened and closed. The electric floor drain device comprises a floor drain assembly and an electric control mechanism. The floor drain assembly comprises a drain body, a movable cover plate and a bouncing core connected to the lower end of the movable cover plate. The electric control mechanism comprises an installation fixing piece, an electric actuator, a transmission piece, a swing rod, a cam, a cable and an external control box. The mounting fixing part is arranged at the lower end of the drain body, and the electric actuator is arranged on the mounting fixing part and used for driving the cam to rotate; the upper end of the transmission part is connected with the movable cover plate, and the lower end of the transmission part is hinged to the upper end of the swing rod. The lower end of the swing rod is hinged to the cam. One end of the cable is connected with the electric actuator, and the other end of the cable is connected with the external control box. According to the electric floor drain device, passive opening and closing of the floor drain are achieved through electric control; therefore, non-contact and manually-opened and closed water drainage and storage functions are realized.
