The invention provides a full assembly type buckling constraint energy dissipation supporting device which comprises H-shaped steel outer constraint units, a core plate core unit, an unbonded material, a high-strength bolt and a base plate, and the H-shaped steel outer constraint units are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the core plate core unit; unbonded materials are arranged between flange plates of the H-shaped steel outer constraint unit and the core plate core unit, meanwhile, base plates are symmetrically arranged between the flange plates and located on the left side and the right side of the core plate core unit, and the high-strength bolts penetrate through the flange plates on the two sides and the base plates and then are tightened and fixed. The device is simple in structure and convenient to check and replace after an earthquake; the energy dissipation capacity and the application range of the whole energy dissipation support can be adjusted through different internal component materials; the whole energy dissipation support is of an assembly type structure and is easy to install and uninstall.
