The invention discloses a large-span fabricated building prefabricated part splicing structure and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the field of fabricated buildings. The prefabricated part is composed of a first outer wall, a fabricated concrete structure and a second outer wall which are distributed in sequence. The positioning assembly is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated part and comprises a base and positioning plates on the two sides, and the positioning plates are used for clamping the prefabricated part from the two sides; the splicing assembly is arranged on the side edge of the prefabricated part and comprises a plurality of sets of fixing plates distributed at intervals in the height direction, each set of fixing plates clamps the prefabricated part from the two sides, and the multiple sets of fixing plates synchronously clamp or loosen the prefabricated part. The positioning device has the advantages that the positioning effect is good, the prefabricated part can be conveniently installed, the splicing work intensity can be reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and high safety is achieved.
