The invention discloses a fabricated ceramic tile wall surface mounting structure and a construction technology thereof, and relates to the field of decoration construction, the fabricated ceramic tile wall surface mounting structure comprises a mounting part used for being mounted on a wall surface and a plurality of ceramic tile plates arranged on the mounting part, sliding grooves are formed in the side faces, adjacent to the wall surface, of the mounting part, and the length directions of the sliding grooves extend in the length direction of the mounting part; a positioning piece is arranged on the back face of each ceramic tile plate and comprises a fixing part arranged on the ceramic tile plate and a limiting block arranged on the fixing part, the limiting block protrudes out of the side wall of the fixing part, and a limiting groove is formed between the limiting block and the ceramic tile plate; and the limiting grooves are used for embedding entities, located on the sides, close to the tile plates, of the sliding grooves, of the mounting pieces to form limiting when the limiting blocks are correspondingly located in the sliding grooves. Through assembly type installation, the ceramic tile plates can be disassembled and recycled, damage caused by disassembly of the ceramic tile plates is reduced, and the reutilization rate of the ceramic tile plates is higher; concrete turning and mixing in site construction are reduced, so that decoration construction is more environment-friendly.
