The invention provides a novel elevator shaft operating platform which comprises a center frame, a matching frame, a corner frame, a panel and a supporting frame, a cross-shaped center sliding way is arranged in the center frame, a matching rod is fixedly connected to the matching frame, the matching rod is in sliding connection with the center sliding way, and a matching sliding way perpendicular to the matching rod is formed in the matching frame. The corner frames are respectively arranged at four corners enclosed by the four matching frames and are in sliding connection with the matching slideways, the panel comprises a center plate and corner plates which are enclosed at the periphery of the center plate to form a frame shape, the center plate is fixedly connected with the middle part of the center frame, the corner plates are fixedly connected with the corners of the corner frames, and the adjacent corner plates are arranged in a staggered manner; the supporting frames are fixed to the bottoms of the corner frames correspondingly and used for supporting the operation platform, the operation platform is fixed in the opening of the elevator shaft after vertically moving between elevator shaft layers, and the elevator shaft operation platform is safer, easy to manufacture, convenient to operate, suitable for frame-shaped elevator shafts of different sizes, high in turnover rate and convenient to turn over.
