The invention discloses a mounting method of a special-shaped curved surface curtain wall, which comprises the following steps of: sequentially mounting aluminum alloy circular pipes along the outline of the outer vertical surface of the curtain wall, and for each group of aluminum alloy circular pipes, fixing the center of a bolt of an aluminum ring beam and an aluminum hanging support according to field measurement dotting and confirming a reference three-dimensional space coordinate corresponding to the position; according to the reference three-dimensional space coordinates, measuring a relative space distance required by installation through a space mapping relation, and sequentially obtaining corresponding space relative coordinates of a vertical keel, a welding stud, an aluminum adapter, a batch water plate, a heat preservation accessory, an aluminum alloy circular pipe at a non-contour line, a corresponding adapter and a titanium zinc plate panel; and the corresponding space relative coordinates are adopted for installation. According to the method, keel installation in an existing construction scheme does not need to depend on site guiding measurement dotting, the environment requirement caused by guiding measurement dotting is avoided, a scaffold platform can be directly constructed, meanwhile, the workload of guiding measurement dotting is reduced, and the installation efficiency and safety are improved.
本发明公开了一种异形曲面幕墙的安装方法，包括沿幕墙的外立面轮廓线处依次进行铝合金圆管安装，对于每一组铝合金圆管，根据现场引测打点固定铝环梁铝挂支座的螺栓中心并确认该位置对应的基准三维空间坐标；根据所述基准三维空间坐标，通过空间映射关系测取安装所需的相对空间距离，依次获取对应的竖向龙骨、焊钉及铝转接件、批水板及保温附件、非轮廓线处铝合金圆管及对应转接件和钛锌板面板的空间相对坐标，采用对应的空间相对坐标进行安装。本发明不需要像现有施工方案中进行龙骨安装依赖于现场引测打点获取，避免了因引测打点导致的环境需求，可以直接施工脚手架平台，同时降低了引测打点的工作量，提升了安装效率和安全性。
