The invention provides a mine area power transmission line tower deformation monitoring system and method, and the system comprises a laser monitoring assembly which comprises a laser transceiver and a laser reflection plate; the laser reflecting plate comprises a plurality of reflecting regions which are distributed along the vertical direction and have different reflectivity; in an initial state, the laser monitoring assemblies of the adjacent power transmission line towers are equal in height and are oppositely arranged, and the laser transceivers can emit laser to one reflecting area of the laser reflecting plates of the adjacent power transmission line towers and receive reflected laser; the control mainboard is used for receiving the reflectivity signal from the laser monitoring assembly and calculating the relative settlement amount of the power transmission line tower; and the deformation adjusting mechanism performs deformation adjustment on the power transmission line tower according to the relative settlement amount. By means of the laser ranging technology and the multi-sensor detection, automatic adjustment and wireless transmission technology, the adjustment technology after large ground settlement occurs is achieved, the requirements for monitoring, adjustment and system display are met, the system stability is improved, and the working efficiency is improved.
