The invention discloses a rotary drilling process in pile foundation construction, which is used for underwater drilling and comprises the following steps of: assembling a corresponding drilling barrel according to a drilling torque, and specifically, adjusting the length of the drilling barrel and the inner diameter of the drilling barrel to correspond to the drilling torque; obliquely-arranged or vertically-arranged hobs are assembled along the bottom of the drill barrel with the group as the unit, so that hob faces are formed; the upper part of the drill cylinder is connected with a drill rod through a drill rod connecting sleeve; a flow guide assembly is assembled on the outer side of the drill barrel with the position above the hob as the starting position; the drill rod is started, while the drill rod rotates, the hob drills the core column along the wall of the drill barrel, water on the outer side of the drill barrel moves from bottom to top along the flow guide assembly and forms a vortex at the top, and water at the top flows from top to bottom along the inner wall of the drill barrel under the action of gravity to form a water circulation path; when the water moves from bottom to top, the water takes away broken stones generated during crushing of the hob under the action of the vortex, and meanwhile, a moving channel is formed at the vortex and used for flowing of the broken stones. According to the invention, drilling of the whole core column is realized.
本发明公开了桩基施工中的旋挖钻孔工艺,用于水下钻孔,包括以下步骤,根据钻孔扭矩,装配与之对应的钻筒,具体是调整钻筒长度与钻筒内直径使之与钻孔扭矩对应;沿钻筒底部,以组为单位,分别装配倾斜设置或垂直设置的滚刀,以形成滚刀面;于钻筒上部通过钻杆连接套连接有钻杆;于钻筒外侧,以滚刀上方为起始位置,装配导流组件;启动钻杆,钻杆转动同时,滚刀沿钻筒壁钻取芯柱,同时钻筒外侧的水沿导流组件自下而上运动,并于顶部形成涡流,同时顶部的水重力作用下沿钻筒内壁从上而下流动,以形成水循环路径;所述水自下而上运动时,水在涡流作用下带走滚刀破碎时产生的碎石,同时涡流处形成移动通道,用于碎石的流动。本发明实现了整体芯柱的钻取。
