The invention relates to a method for recovering titanium in titanium gypsum, which comprises the following steps: 1) neutralizing sulfate process titanium dioxide production wastewater with calcium hydroxide until the pH value is 3.0-3.5, and carrying out first solid-liquid separation to obtain a first filtrate and a first filter residue; and 2) performing acid dissolution on the primary filter residue by using sulfuric acid, performing secondary solid-liquid separation to obtain secondary filtrate and secondary filter residue, and recycling the secondary filtrate as leaching water during acidolysis. According to the method, titanium in the titanium gypsum can be recycled, the total yield of a sulfuric acid method titanium dioxide production process can be improved, good economic benefits can be generated, meanwhile, a part of white gypsum can be recycled, the output of the titanium gypsum is reduced, and the problem of solid waste stacking is solved.
本发明涉及一种回收钛石膏中钛的方法,包括以下步骤:1)将硫酸法钛白生产废水用氢氧化钙中和至pH值3.0‑3.5,经过第一次固液分离,得到一次滤液和一次滤渣;2)一次滤渣用硫酸进行酸溶,再进行第二次固液分离,得到二次滤液和二次滤渣,二次滤液作为酸解时的浸取用水回用。本发明可以实现钛石膏中钛的回收利用,提高硫酸法钛白生产工艺总体收率,能够产生较好的经济效益,同时可以回收得到一部分白石膏,减少钛石膏的产出量,减轻固废堆放问题。
