The first elastic piece is provided with a grading gasket, the grading gasket is horizontally arranged in the inserting groove in a sliding mode, the adjusting mechanism comprises a guide cylinder and a connector, the upper end of the stay cable is fixedly connected with the connector, and the connector is vertically arranged in the guide cylinder in a sliding mode.
