The invention discloses an assembly type construction platform and a construction method. The assembly type construction platform comprises a plurality of section molds. A plurality of swage dies are arranged; a pouring cavity mold and a plurality of section molds are formed in sequence from top to bottom in an overlapping mode; the components are connected through a connecting mechanism; each section mold; comprising a first template arranged oppositely; and a second template, wherein the first template is arranged; and a second template; a pouring cavity is formed; the first template is arranged on the base; and a second template; a sealing butt-joint mechanism is arranged at the butt-joint position of the first template and the second template; and a second template; the cavity mold and the cavity mold are locked through a locking mechanism; a support reinforcing mechanism is arranged between the base and the ground; the section molds can be sequentially stacked and assembled from top to bottom according to the construction requirement side, so that different working requirements and heights are formed, and therefore assembling is conducted according to the pouring progress.
