Stretching steel sheet pile structure
The tensile steel sheet pile structure comprises a steel sheet pile, positioning rolling pieces located at the bottom ends of the two sides of the steel sheet pile and a pile head arranged on the steel sheet pile. The pile head comprises a continuously-arranged pile body and a pile tip which is arranged at the bottom end of the pile body and connected with the pile body into an integrated structure, the tip end of the pile tip is arranged downwards, and the pile body is connected to the steel sheet pile. According to the structure, drilling pile forming is formed through the tip end of the pile head, the end resistance of the steel sheet pile is reduced, pebbles can be impacted, distribution of the pebbles in a soil layer can be disturbed, the penetrating capacity of the tensile steel sheet pile is improved, and the pile forming possibility of the tensile steel sheet pile is improved; and the distances between the pile heads of the steel sheet piles can be selected according to the particle sizes of the soil layers in the field so as to adapt to the fields with the soil layers with different particle sizes, and the applicability is high.
本发明公开了一种拉伸钢板桩结构,包括钢板桩、位于钢板桩两侧底端的定位卷片以及设置在钢板桩上的桩头;桩头包括呈连续性设置的桩体以及设置在桩体底端且与桩体连接为一体式结构的桩尖,桩尖的尖端朝下设置,桩体连接在所述钢板桩上。该结构利用桩头的尖端形成钻进成桩,减小了钢板桩的端阻力,可以冲击卵石、扰动土层中卵石的分布,提高拉伸钢板桩的穿透能力,提高拉伸钢板桩成桩的可能性;并且该钢板桩的桩头的间距可以根据场地土层粒径选取不同的型号,以适应土层不同粒径的场地,适用性强。
