The invention discloses a mounting system for a fabricated wallboard, comprising: a vertical metal frame, the vertical metal frame having a first plate portion and a second plate portion, the second plate portion being connected to the first plate portion through outward folding, the first plate portion being fixed to a wall through a fastening assembly, the second plate portion having a plurality of vertically spaced positioning holes; the transverse metal frame is fixedly connected with the plurality of vertical metal frames and is provided with a third plate part and a fourth right-angle plate part, the third plate part is fixed in the positioning hole through a bolt, and the fourth right-angle plate part and the edge of the third plate part are clamped into a U shape; the positioning frame is provided with a fifth plate part and a sixth lower buckle plate part, and the sixth lower buckle plate part is used for being hung on the fourth right-angle plate part on the upper side; and the fifth plate part is fixed on the wall plate through a screw. The vertical metal frame is fixed to the wall, then the transverse metal frames are arranged and matched with the positioning frame on the wall plate for hanging and splicing, installation is easy and flexible, and the assembling efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种用于装配式墙板的安装系统,其包括:竖向金属架,竖向金属架具有第一板部和第二板部,第二板部通过朝外翻折连接第一板部,且第一板部分别通过紧固组件固定至墙体,第二板部具有竖向间隔的多个定位孔;横向金属架,横向金属架固定连接多个竖向金属架,且具有第三板部和第四直角板部,第三板部通过螺栓固定于定位孔,第四直角板部与第三板部边缘夹合成U形;定位架,定位架具有第五板部和第六下扣板部,第六下扣板部用于挂设至上侧的第四直角板部;其中,第五板部通过螺钉固定于墙板。本发明通过将竖向金属架固定至墙体,然后布置多个横向金属架,配合墙板上的定位架进行挂设拼接,安装简单灵活,装配效率高。
