Tip-over prediction method and tip-over early warning system for slope operation of excavator
The invention discloses a tipping prediction method and system for slope operation of an excavator, and belongs to the technical field of excavator control. The method comprises the steps that when the excavator works in a slope excavation mode, the inclination angle of a slope where the excavator is located is obtained; the gravity center position of the excavator and a first component force of the gravity of the excavator in the direction perpendicular to the slope are obtained based on the inclination angle; the actual tipping moment of the excavator is obtained, and the stable moment of the excavator is obtained based on the gravity center position of the excavator and the first component force of the gravity of the excavator; and judging whether the excavator can tip over or not in the current working mode at least according to the magnitude relation between the stable moment and the actual tip-over moment. The tipping early warning system provides a structural basis for time of the tipping prediction method. By means of the method, whether the excavator can tip over or not during slope operation can be predicted, the accuracy of tip-over prediction is improved, and the safety and stability of the excavator during slope operation are guaranteed.
