A heat insulation sheet (1) comprises heat insulation sheets (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) placed one after the other, the heat insulation sheets being alternately attached to each other at upper and lower corners of an edge side in an intersecting direction with respect to a longitudinal direction (P) of the heat insulation sheet at the edge side thereof in the intersecting direction, wherein the thus formed uniform insulation panel comprising a number of insulation panel sheets can be folded into an accordion-like folded stack of insulation panel sheets and unfolded again into one uniform insulation panel, the uniform insulation panel having an upper surface and a lower surface. The upper surface of the insulation panel comprises a surface layer (5) arranged in the longitudinal direction (P) of the insulation panel so as to be alternately attached to and separated from the insulation panel sheets (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) in a group of two consecutive insulation panel sheets.
