The invention provides an anti-fouling protection glaze and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials, the anti-fouling protection glaze comprises the following components: potassium feldspar, albite, calcined talc, calcined soil, washed soil, zinc oxide, high-barium frit, high-calcium frit and calcined alumina, in order to solve or improve the anti-fouling performance of a glaze surface, bubbles of a surface glaze layer need to be reduced as much as possible, and the anti-fouling performance of the glaze surface needs to be improved. Raw materials which can be decomposed at high temperature to generate gas are not used as much as possible or reduced from the beginning of formulating an experimental formula so as to reduce the probability that residual gas causes bubbles and pores, some calcined materials and frit materials are mostly used, and compared with raw materials, the calcined materials and frit materials have high activity and are easier to generate glass phases, so that gaps among glaze particles are filled, and the service life of the glaze is prolonged. The antique glazed tile can be applied to most antique glazed tiles, the original surface texture and glossiness of the product are not affected, meanwhile, tiny gaps and pores in the surface of the product are filled, the stain resistance and practicability of the product are well improved, and the key point is that the original luster and charm of the product are not changed.
本发明提供一种防污保护釉及其制备方法,涉及建材技术领域,所述防污保护釉的各组分如下:钾长石、钠长石、烧滑石、煅烧土、水洗土、氧化锌、高钡熔块、高钙熔块及煅烧氧化铝,为解决或提高釉面的防污性能则需要尽可能减少表面釉层的气泡,从制定实验配方开始就要尽量不用或减少高温会分解产生气体的原料,以降低残留气体造成气泡毛孔的几率,多用一些煅烧料和熔块料,与生料原料相比,其活性高更容易产生玻璃相,从而填充釉料颗粒之间的空隙,可应用大部分仿古釉面砖,不影响产品原有表面质感和光泽度的同时,填充了产品表面的微小缝隙和毛孔,很好的提升了产品的耐污性和实用性,重点是不改变产品原有的光泽韵味。
