The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses green and environment-friendly concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 to 20 percent of cement, 25 to 50 percent of recycled concrete aggregate, 0.3 to 1 percent of water glass, 1 to 3.5 percent of sodium hydroxide, 8 to 12 percent of fly ash, 6 to 15 percent of coal gangue and the balance of water; the second raw materials comprise, by weight, 8%-20% of cement, 25%-50% of rubber particles, 0.3%-1% of water glass, 1%-3.5% of sodium hydroxide, 8%-12% of fly ash, 6%-15% of coal gangue and the balance water. According to the green and environment-friendly concrete, the recycled concrete aggregate, the rubber particles, the fly ash, the coal gangue and other components in the raw materials are all prepared from industrial wastes, compared with traditional concrete raw materials, CO2 emission during concrete production is greatly reduced, the recycled concrete aggregate is subjected to special treatment and then replaces river sand and pebbles to be mixed with cement to prepare the recycled concrete, and the environment-friendly effect is achieved. The method is used for reconstruction of new buildings and solves the problem of treatment of tailings and building waste.
