The invention provides a recycled CFRP reinforced alkali-activated cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The recycled CFRP reinforced alkali-activated cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 650 to 750 parts of an alkali-activated cementing material, 900 to 1000 parts of sand and 7 to 42 parts of recycled CFRP, wherein the recycled CFRP is obtained by crushing leftover materials of the recycled CFRP, and the length of the recycled CFRP is 4-8 mm. The recycled CFRP and the alkali-activated cementing material are combined to form a stable grid structure in an alkali-activated cementing material matrix, and the recycled CFRP can inhibit generation and diffusion of cracks and reduce tip stress, so that the mechanical property and toughness of the material are remarkably improved, the contractibility of the material is improved, the material cost is reduced, and the service life of the material is prolonged. Meanwhile, the recycling of wastes is realized.
本发明提供了一种回收CFRP增强碱激发胶凝材料及其制备方法。本发明的回收CFRP增强碱激发胶凝材料包括如下质量份的原料:碱激发胶凝材料650‑750份,砂900‑1000份和回收CFRP 7‑42份;其中,回收CFRP是通过回收CFRP边角料粉碎得到,回收CFRP的长度为4‑8mm。本发明将回收CFRP与碱激发胶凝材料结合以在碱激发胶凝材料基体内部形成稳定的网格结构,回收CFRP能够抑制裂缝的产生和扩散,减少尖端应力,从而显著提高了材料的力学性能和韧性并改善材料的收缩性,既降低了材料成本,同时实现了废弃物的回收利用。
