The invention relates to the technical field of microwave dielectric ceramic materials, and particularly discloses a temperature-stable low-dielectric-constant microwave dielectric material and a preparation method thereof.The method comprises the steps that 1, BaCO3, CaCO3 and SiO2 are mixed and weighed according to the stoichiometric ratio of BaCa2Si3O9; (2) mixing the weighed raw materials with a mixed solution of absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, then carrying out ball milling, and drying and sieving the obtained slurry to obtain powder; (3) sintering the powder obtained in the step (2); (4) mixing the powder obtained in the step (3) with a mixed solution of absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, then carrying out ball milling, and drying and sieving the obtained slurry to obtain powder; (5) adding PVA and citric acid into the powder obtained in the step (4), granulating, and sieving to obtain powder; (6) performing dry pressing on the powder obtained in the step (5) to obtain a cylinder; and (7) sintering the cylinder obtained in the step (6), and cooling to obtain the ceramic-forming microwave dielectric material.
