According to the construction method of the through bailey beam support in the limited space, design improvement is conducted aiming at the situation that in the construction process of a bridge abutment cover beam or a low pile cover beam, due to the fact that the limited space is often met, soil moving is not allowed, and the support cannot be erected or hoops cannot be adopted, and the whole support system adopts a through structure system; the problem that the available height of the limited space is insufficient is solved; the main pile foundation is used as a supporting structure of the support system, the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is used as a bearing point of the whole support system, steel pipe piles do not need to be inserted and driven additionally, and the problem that soil moving on the two sides of a petroleum pipeline is forbidden is solved; steel pipe piles and other auxiliary measures do not need to be inserted and driven additionally, construction is convenient and fast, safety is high, damage to the petroleum pipeline due to the extrusion effect caused by insertion and driving of the steel pipe piles is avoided, and meanwhile the problem that the erecting height of the support is insufficient is solved.
本发明的受限空间下承式贝雷梁支架施工方法,针对于桥台盖梁或者低桩盖梁施工过程当中,常遇见受限空间而导致不允许动土、不能搭设支架或者采用抱箍的情况进行设计改进,整个支架体系采用下承式结构体系,解决了受限空间可利用高度不足问题;利用主体桩基作为支架体系的支撑结构,利用桩基自身承载力作为整个支架体系的支承点,无需利用另外插打钢管桩,解决了在石油管道两侧禁止动土的问题;不必另行插打钢管桩以及其他辅助措施,施工方便快捷且安全性高,也不会由于钢管桩插打造成挤压效应对石油管道造成侵害,同时也解决了支架搭设高度不足问题。
