The invention discloses an accurate positioning construction method suitable for mounting of a large-span steel truss arch bridge main pier support, which comprises the following steps of: S1, pouring a support padstone, and reserving a padstone post-pouring layer with a set thickness; s2, a temporary steel base plate with the set thickness is laid on the support cushion stone; s3, vertical and plane position adjusting devices are arranged on the support cushion stone; s4, the hoisting support is supported on the temporary steel base plate; s5, the vertical elevation of the support is adjusted through a vertical position adjusting device, meanwhile, the temporary steel base plate is pulled out, and a gap is formed between the support and the support padstone; s6, the plane position of the support is adjusted through a plane position adjusting device; s7, the support and the support padstone are connected into a whole through foundation bolts, and then a padstone post-pouring layer is cast in situ; and S8, the steel beam joint is jacked, the support is supported on the support padstone, and support installation is completed. The method has the advantages of being simple in process, reliable in quality, capable of saving the construction period, good in economical efficiency, good in application prospect and the like.
