Cast-in-place pile construction method
The invention relates to a cast-in-place pile construction method which is applied to the field of cast-in-place pile construction. The method comprises the following steps: a positioning step: carrying out survey lofting in a leveled site, and marking the position of a hole to be drilled; drilling is conducted, specifically, a drilling assembly is driven to rotate and move downwards at the same time, and an initial pile hole is drilled; a hole expanding step: reversing the drilling assembly at the bottom of the primary pile hole, releasing a hole expanding assembly in the drilling assembly, abutting against the inner wall of the primary pile hole, and extruding the inner wall of the primary pile hole to form a dense protective layer so as to form a final pile hole; a reinforcement cage lowering step: after the protective layer is formed, the reinforcement cage is lowered into the final pile hole, so that the reinforcement cage is uniformly distributed in the final pile hole; and in the pouring step, concrete is poured into the final pile hole, and the cast-in-place pile is formed after the concrete is solidified. The method has the effect of reducing the possibility of hole collapse.
