The invention relates to the technical field of bag-type expanded-head anchor rods, in particular to a bag-type expanded-head anchor rod prestress state evaluation method which is used for evaluating the prestress state of a bag-type expanded-head anchor rod and comprises the steps that before raft construction, an anchor rod body is tensioned for multiple times, and a bag-type expanded-head anchor rod prestress state evaluation result is obtained; a detection sensor for detecting the prestress of the anchor rod body is arranged on the anchor rod body between the bottom plate and the bag; the tension is gradually increased when the anchor rod body is tensioned each time, and during each time of tensioning, the tension value of tensioning and the reading of the corresponding detection sensor are recorded, a two-dimensional anchor rod body prestress distribution table is drawn according to the multiple pairs of tension values and the reading of the detection sensor, and then a unary linear regression prestress evaluation line is obtained in a linear regression mode. After construction of the raft plate is completed, a prestress state evaluation value is obtained only through correspondence between the reading of the detection sensor and the prestress evaluation line. The method has the advantage that the prestress of the bag type expanded head anchor rod in the service process can be conveniently evaluated.
