The invention relates to a construction method of a cast-in-place antique concrete bracket system. The structure and the number of keels, special-shaped steel bars and connecting bars which need to be used are calculated according to a drawing; required keels, special-shaped steel bars and connecting bars are prepared; a bracket inner frame is formed among the special-shaped reinforcing steel bars, the keels and the reinforcing steel bars; the outer side of the bracket inner frame is wrapped with a steel wire mesh, and the top of the bracket inner frame is not shielded by the steel wire mesh; the steel wire mesh is coated with mortar, and a mortar formwork is obtained after the mortar is formed; concrete is poured into the formed mortar formwork, the concrete is depicted according to the shape of the bracket system, water replenishing maintenance is continuously conducted during depicting, and final acceptance is conducted after the concrete is completely solidified; the pouring mode of a traditional wooden formwork is abandoned, the keel is used in cooperation with the special-shaped steel bars to build the bracket set prototype, and the problems that the formwork is difficult to prepare and reinforce, reinforcement is not firm, and deviation is likely to be caused by formwork splicing and supporting are effectively solved.
本发明涉及一种现浇仿古混凝土斗拱施工工法,根据图纸计算得出需要使用的龙骨、异形钢筋、连接筋的结构和数量;制备所需的龙骨、异形钢筋和连接筋;异形钢筋、龙骨、值筋之间,形成斗拱内架;在斗拱内架外侧包裹钢丝网,并使得斗拱内架顶部无钢丝网遮挡;在钢丝网外部包覆砂浆,待砂浆成型后得到砂浆模板;在成型后的砂浆模板内浇筑混凝土,并将混凝土按照斗拱形状进行刻画,期间持续进行补水养护,待完全凝固后进行最终验收;摒弃了传统木制模板的浇筑方式,使用龙骨配合异形钢筋进行搭建斗拱雏形,有效的避免了模板制备困难、加固困难、加固不牢靠、模板拼接和支撑易造成偏差的问题。
