The shear bearing capacity calculation method comprises the following steps: determining the distance and the diameter of FRP bars on the side of a reinforced concrete beam and stirrups in the beam after reinforcement, the number of TRC layers and the specification of a fiber woven mesh, and determining the geometric dimension of a component; determining mechanical parameters of the carbon fiber bars, the stirrups, the fiber woven meshes and the reinforced concrete beams; and a shear bearing capacity calculation model of the reinforced concrete beam after TRC composite embedded prestress FRP shear reinforcement is established, and the shear bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam after reinforcement is calculated. According to the shear-resistant reinforcing method, the reinforcing effect is better, the quality is higher, the bearing capacity and the shear-resistant bearing capacity of the reinforcing beam can be effectively enhanced, and the reinforcing and repairing requirements are met; according to the shear bearing capacity calculation method, the shear bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam can be accurately calculated, and a basis can be provided for engineering design and construction.
