Aramid fiber reinforced high-performance concrete
The invention relates to the technical field of aramid fiber concrete, and discloses aramid fiber reinforced high-performance concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of cement, 60 to 70 parts of mixed base material, 0.9 to 1.3 parts of water reducing agent, 5 to 7 parts of aramid fiber, 1 to 2 parts of fly ash, 0.5 to 0.8 part of binding agent and 10 to 20 parts of binding material, and the mixed base material is prepared from sand, broken stone and water. According to the aramid fiber reinforced high-performance concrete, before the aramid fiber concrete is prepared, a part of the mixed base material, the cement, the fly ash, the additive and other materials are pretreated to obtain reinforced precast concrete; the prefabricated concrete has good fluidity and can be matched with a binding agent and a binding material to effectively combine a mixed base material which is not refined and aramid fibers, the refined mixed base material is doped in cement, the strength of the concrete can be improved, and meanwhile the cement is combined with the mixed base material with coarse particles and the aramid fibers.
本发明涉及芳纶纤维混凝土技术领域,且公开了一种芳纶纤维增强高性能混凝土,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:水泥30‑50份、混合基料60‑70份、减水剂0.9‑1.3份、芳纶纤维5‑7份、粉煤灰1‑2份、结合剂0.5‑0.8份、胶凝材料10‑20份,所述混合基料由砂、碎石和水组成。该芳纶纤维增强高性能混凝土,通过在制成芳纶纤维混凝土之前先将混合基料的一部分以及水泥、粉煤灰和外加剂等材料进行预处理,得到增强型的预制混凝土,该预制混凝土具有良好的流动性能够适配结合剂和胶凝材料将未经细化处理的混合基料以及芳纶纤维进行有效结合,在水泥中掺杂着细化的混合基料能够提升混凝土的强度,以此同时水泥又与粗颗粒的混合基料和芳纶纤维进行结合。
