The invention discloses a production process of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. The production process comprises the following steps: S1, treating and weighing raw materials; s2, pulping and pouring; s3, cutting and forming; s4, steam curing in a kettle; and S5, preparing a finished product. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that the proportion of gypsum is reduced in the raw material treatment process, the grinding degree of the whole raw materials is improved, and grinding treatment is performed again after mixing, so that the activity of the whole material is improved, hydration products are increased, and the probability of cracks is reduced; and meanwhile, uniform temperature of all positions of the blank is guaranteed during static curing, the formed blank is cleaned and then subjected to steam curing, and cracks are avoided while the strength of the building block is improved.
