The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing an inorganic salt solution with a precipitant solution, and calcining to obtain the perovskite type ceramic material. Water is used as a solvent, highly toxic chemical reagents are not needed, and the method is environmentally friendly and free of pollution; and the preparation process is simple, low in cost and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
