The invention discloses a positioning frame, a column rib positioning device and a column rib positioning method. The positioning frame comprises a first connecting piece which is provided with two first supporting rods which are connected at a certain angle; the first support rod is provided with an insertion part; the number of the first connecting pieces is two. The second connecting piece is provided with two second supporting rods which are connected at a certain angle; the second supporting rod is provided with a socket part; the number of the second connecting pieces is two. The two first connecting pieces and the two second connecting pieces are arranged at intervals and are connected end to end through the insertion parts and the socket parts to form a quadrilateral positioning frame; the limiting structure is used for controlling the depth of the insertion part inserted into the socket part. Firstly, a quadrangular positioning frame can be quickly assembled and formed through the insertion matching of the insertion part and the socket part; and secondly, the strength of the positioning frame is high, the positioning frame can be stably clamped outside the positioned object through the matching length of the inserting part and the socket part, rapid installation is achieved, and therefore the positioning efficiency is remarkably improved.
