The invention discloses a temporary supporting device of a concrete cantilever structure and a construction method. The construction method comprises the steps that manufacturing and mounting of the temporary supporting device and a safety protection device are completed; concrete cantilever plate steel bar binding construction is conducted on the upper surface of the bottom plate; sleeving and fixing the first connecting piece by using a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) protective pipe; floor support plate concrete and cantilever plate concrete are poured in sequence; when the overall strength of the cantilever plate concrete reaches 75% of the design strength, the first connecting piece and the PVC protection pipe are dismantled, and micro-expansive concrete is poured into the left hole; and when the overall strength of the cantilever slab concrete reaches 100% of the design strength, the temporary supporting device is dismantled. One-time pouring of the inner side steel bar truss plate and the outer side reinforced concrete cantilever plate is achieved, the structural integrity is improved, and safety, reliability and durability are guaranteed; and the construction period is shortened, 56 days required in the prior art are reduced to 28 days, the manual operation efficiency is improved, the comprehensive cost is reduced, and the safety of edge operation personnel is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种混凝土悬挑结构的临时支撑装置及施工方法,施工方法包括:完成临时支撑装置和安全防护装置的制作和安装;在底板上表面进行混凝土悬挑板钢筋绑扎施工;用PVC护管将第一连接件套入并固定;按顺序浇筑楼承板混凝土和悬挑板混凝土;待悬挑板混凝土整体强度达到设计强度75%时,拆除第一连接件和PVC护管,用微膨胀混凝土灌注留下的孔洞;待悬挑板混凝土整体强度达到设计强度100%时,拆除临时支撑装置。本发明实现内侧钢筋桁架板与外侧钢筋混凝土悬挑板的一次性浇筑,提高结构整体性,使安全性、可靠性、耐久性得到保证;节约施工工期,将现有技术所需要的56天减少到28天,提高人工作业效率,降低了综合成本,保证临边作业人员的安全。
