Inverted siphon pre-stressed anchor cable construction method
The invention discloses an inverted siphon pre-stressed anchor cable construction method which comprises the following steps that when anchor cable sleeves are installed, anchor cable sleeves pre-buried in anchor blocks are installed firstly, then the anchor cable sleeves between the anchor blocks are installed, and the anchor cable sleeves are connected in a welding mode; the anchor cable pipelines located in the anchor blocks are fixed through positioning steel bars, positioning steel bar grids are square, and the clearance size is 2-3 mm larger than that of the prestressed tendon pipelines; cutting by adopting a grinding machine when the anchor cable is blanked, carding and straightening according to the number of prestressed duct steel bundles after blanking, tightly wrapping the penetrated ends of the steel bundles by using transparent adhesive tape, penetrating by adopting a manual operation and a winch, penetrating from one end wrapped with the adhesive tape, and after the anchor cable is penetrated, checking whether the exposed beam body length of the steel bundles at the two ends meets the working length of 55cm of a jack or not; after the requirements are met, the penetrated anchor cables are numbered; and then pre-stressed anchor cable tensioning, anchor sealing and mud jacking are conducted.
本发明公开了一种倒虹吸预应力锚索施工方法,包括如下步骤:锚索套管安装时,先安装镇墩预埋的锚索套管,后安装镇墩之间的锚索套管,锚索套管连接采用焊接;位于镇墩内的锚索管道采用定位钢筋固定,定位钢筋网格为正方形,净空尺寸大于预应力筋管道2~3mm;锚索下料时采用砂轮机切割,下料后按照预应力孔道钢束数量进行梳理顺直,钢束穿入的一端用透明胶布缠裹紧密,穿束采用人工配合卷扬机进行,自缠裹胶布的一端穿入,锚索穿好后,检查两端钢束外露梁体长度是否满足千斤顶工作长度55cm,满足要求后对穿入的锚索进行编号;然后进行预应力锚索张拉和封锚压浆。
