The invention discloses a method for evaluating the adhesion of rubber modified asphalt and aggregate. The method comprises the following steps: establishing an asphalt molecule four-component twelve-molecule monomer structure, an activated rubber powder molecule monomer structure, an activated rubber powder and asphalt blending model and an activated rubber powder modified asphalt/aggregate interface model by using MaterialsStudio software. Calculating the adhesion energy and the relative solubility of the activated rubber powder modified asphalt/aggregate interface system through the function of a Force module; and analyzing the adhesion action mechanism of the activated rubber powder modified asphalt and the aggregate. According to the method, the adhesion influence mechanism between the activated rubber powder modified asphalt and the aggregate is explained more essentially from the perspective of a molecular interface, the interface interaction between the modified asphalt and the aggregate is judged more intuitively and accurately, and the defects that a traditional experimental evaluation method is large in error, high in cost, waste in resources and the like are overcome.
本发明公开了一种橡胶改性沥青与集料粘附性的评价方法。该方法包括使用MaterialsStudio软件建立沥青分子四组分十二分子单体结构、活化胶粉分子单体结构、活化胶粉和沥青共混模型以及活化胶粉改性沥青/集料界面模型。通过Forcite模块的功能,计算活化胶粉改性沥青/集料界面体系粘附能和相对溶度;分析活化胶粉改性沥青与集料的粘附性作用机理。本发明从分子界面的角度更本质地解释了活化胶粉改性沥青与集料之间的粘附性影响机理,对改性沥青与集料界面相互作用作出更直观准确的判断,克服了传统实验评价方法误差大、成本高、资源浪费等缺点。
