The invention provides a photovoltaic production-hydrogen storage coupled fuel cell power generation system and a construction method thereof. The system comprises a photovoltaic power generation module, a hydrogen production module, a hydrogen storage module and a power generation module, power is generated through the photovoltaic power generation module on the abandoned mine, generated electric energy is supplied to the hydrogen production module through a power transmission bus for hydrogen production, and hydrogen is conveyed to the hydrogen storage module through a hydrogen conveying pipeline; and hydrogen is led out to drive the power generation module to generate power and transmit the power to a power grid during power consumption peak. The hydrogen storage module is a mine hole hydrogen storage bank and is arranged in a waste mine hole, and large-scale and safe storage of hydrogen can be achieved. The problem that abandoned mine resources are idle can be solved, the energy storage characteristic of hydrogen and the electricity-hydrogen flexible conversion relation can be utilized, and the valley filling effect of hydrogen energy storage in a power grid can be achieved.
本发明提供了一种光伏制‑储氢耦合燃料电池发电系统及其施工方法。所述系统包括光伏发电模块、制氢模块、储氢模块和发电模块，通过废弃矿山上光伏发电模块进行发电，产生的电能经输电母线供给制氢模块进行制氢，氢气经输氢管道输送至储氢模块，用电高峰期时将氢气引出驱动发电模块发电输送至电网。所述储氢模块为矿洞储氢库，其设置于废弃矿洞中，可实现氢气规模化、安全化储存。本发明既能解决废弃矿山资源闲置问题，又能利用氢的储能特性和电‑氢灵活转化关系，发挥氢储能在电网中“填谷”作用。
