The invention relates to a dilution-stable composition for the bulk hydrophobization of inorganic building materials, comprising at least one organosiloxane (A), at least one emulsifier (B) and water, the organosiloxane (A) having a Si C-bonded C2-C6-alkyl group and a SiC-bonded C7-C18-alkyl group. The invention also relates to a method for producing organosiloxanes (A) and to hydraulic compositions comprising organosiloxanes (A).
