A valve unit (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a valve device (3) and a control device (8). The valve device (3) is provided with a spool (61) for switching the supply/discharge direction of the hydraulic fluid to/from the hydraulic actuator, and a lift-type logic valve (71) interposed between the spool (61) and the hydraulic pump (21). The control device (8) controls the slide valve (61) and the logic valve (71) such that the opening area of a liquid inlet flow path (6a or 6c) of the slide valve (61) is smaller than the opening area of the logic valve (71) when the supply flow rate of the hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic actuator is smaller than a predetermined value. When the supply flow rate of the hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic actuator is greater than the predetermined value, the opening area of the fluid inlet flow path of the slide valve (61) is greater than the opening area of the logic valve (71).

A valve unit (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a valve device (3) and a control device (8).
