Waste asphalt pavement coarse aggregate recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses waste asphalt pavement coarse aggregate recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The waste asphalt pavement coarse aggregate recycled concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 to 1.5 parts of cement, 2 to 3 parts of fine aggregate, 1 to 4.65 parts of natural coarse aggregate, 1 to 4.65 parts of waste asphalt pavement recycled coarse aggregate and 0.5 to 1 part of mixing water, the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) stirring raw materials; 2) mixing water and stirring; (3) injection molding and vibrating; and 4) demoulding and curing. The recycled concrete prepared by the method has higher strength than common concrete, not only provides a better particle size range and grain composition for the waste pavement asphalt coarse aggregate in the concrete, but also solves the storage problem after the waste asphalt pavement is dismantled, and has good environmental and economic benefits.
本发明公开了一种废弃沥青路面粗骨料再生混凝土及其制备方法。该废弃沥青路面粗骨料再生混凝土包括以下重量份的组分:水泥0.5~1.5份、细骨料2~3份、天然粗骨料1~4.65份、废弃沥青路面再生粗骨料1~4.65份和拌合水0.5~1份;其制备方法如下:1)原料搅拌;2)混水搅拌;3)注模、振捣;4)脱模、养护。采用本发明方法制备得到的再生混凝土,具有比普通混凝土更高的强度,本发明不仅提供了废弃路面沥青粗骨料用于混凝土中更优的粒径范围及颗粒级配,而且解决了废弃沥青路面拆除后的存放问题,具有良好的环境和经济效益。
