The invention discloses a large-span combined section steel-concrete continuous beam bolt perforation precision control method which comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating a plurality of sections of cross beam bodies, a plurality of box beams and a plurality of I-shaped beams; s2, integrally pre-assembling the single bridge; s3, determining a whole bending moment zero point after the whole single-width bridge is pre-assembled, enabling the head end bolt hole group or the tail end bolt hole group to be distributed at the bending moment zero point, and enabling the tail end bolt hole group to be divided into a tail end bolt hole group front section and a tail end bolt hole group rear section which are adjacent to each other in the extending direction of the bridge body by a tail end dividing seam; s4, detecting the whole pre-assembled single-width bridge, if the whole pre-assembled single-width bridge is qualified, cutting the corresponding cross beam body along the head end separation line and the tail end separation seam, and splitting the cross beam body into bridge body prefabricated parts with corresponding end heads; and the punching precision of a large-area bolt group in the large-span combined section steel-concrete continuous beam can be overcome, so that the engineering quality is ensured.
本发明公开了一种大跨度组合型截面钢‑混连续梁螺栓穿孔精度控制方法,包括以下步骤,S1.预制若干段横梁本体、若干根箱型梁和若干根工字梁;S2.单幅桥整体预拼装;S3.确定单幅桥整体预拼装后的整体的弯矩零点,使首端螺栓孔群或者末端螺栓孔群在弯矩零点处分布,所述末端螺栓孔群被末端分割缝分隔呈沿桥体延伸方向相邻的末端螺栓孔群前段和末端螺栓孔群后段;S4.对单幅桥整体预拼装后的整体检测,若合格,则沿首端分隔线和末端分割缝将对应的横梁本体切割,拆分成具备对应端头的桥体预制构件;能够克服大跨度组合型截面钢‑混连续梁中大面积螺栓群的穿孔精度,进而保证工程质量。
