The invention discloses a construction method of a prestressed concrete gate-type pier crossing an existing railway bridge. Common construction methods of the prestressed concrete gate-type pier crossing the existing railway bridge comprise a support cast-in-place method, a prefabrication installation method and a steel box formwork method. The method comprises the steps that pier column concrete is poured; pouring concrete at the first part of the cover beam, wherein the first part of the cover beam is arranged above the pier column; hoisting the steel box template, and connecting the steel box template with the first part of the bent cap; concrete at the second part of the cover beam is poured, and the prestressed steel beam is tensioned; and the bolts are removed, the steel box formwork is removed, and construction of the gate-type pier cover beam is completed. According to the construction method, the bent cap is divided into two parts for construction in sequence, the second part of the midspan bent cap adopts the steel box as an outer formwork during concrete pouring, the mounting and dismounting speed is high, the construction period is short, construction operation is conducted in the steel box, and interference to existing line operation is reduced.
本发明公开了一种跨既有铁路桥梁预应力混凝土门式墩施工方法。跨既有铁路桥梁预应力混凝土门式墩的常用施工方法有:支架现浇法、预制安装法及钢箱模板法。本发明包括浇筑墩柱混凝土;浇筑盖梁第一部位混凝土,盖梁第一部位设于墩柱上方;吊装钢箱模板,并与盖梁第一部位进行连接;浇筑盖梁第二部位混凝土,张拉预应力钢束;拆除螺栓,拆下钢箱模板,完成门式墩盖梁的施工。本发明将盖梁分为两个部位依次进行施工,跨中盖梁第二部位采用钢箱作为混凝土浇筑时的外模板,安装及拆卸速度快,施工周期短,施工操作均在钢箱内进行,减小了对既有线运营的干扰。
