The invention provides a vibration grouting reinforcement method for a water-rich sand layer, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, determining a vertical preset grouting interval, the grouting amount of each section of a single hole and the row interval of grouting holes according to the depth of a reinforcement area of the water-rich sand layer, the thickness of the reinforcement area and the effective particle size of a soil sample in the reinforcement area so as to obtain the positions of the grouting holes; then, the positions of the grouting holes are drilled; then, vibration grouting drill rods are inserted into the bottoms of the drilled grouting holes correspondingly, each grouting hole is vibrated according to the preset vibration frequency f in sequence from bottom to top according to the vertical preset grouting interval, then grouting is conducted, and layer-by-layer reinforcement is conducted; compared with a traditional permeation grouting reinforcement method, the vibration grouting reinforcement method has the advantages that the construction period can be shortened, and water and seepage can be well prevented.
本发明提供一种用于富水砂层的振动注浆加固方法,其步骤包括:首先根据富水砂层加固区域深度、加固区域厚度、加固区域土样有效粒径,确定竖向预设注浆间距、单孔每段注浆量以及注浆孔排间距,以获得注浆孔位置;然后对注浆孔位置分别进行钻孔;再将振动注浆钻杆分别插入钻得的注浆孔孔底,对每个注浆孔自下而上依次按照竖向预设注浆间距,先按照预设振动频率f进行振动后再注浆,逐层加固;本发明提供的振动注浆加固方法,相对于传统的渗透注浆加固方法,能够降低施工周期,还能很好地防水防渗。
