Construction method for reinforcing roadbed through horizontal directional grouting
The invention discloses a horizontal directional grouting reinforcement roadbed construction method and relates to the field of roadbed construction. The method is mainly invented for solving the problem that the traffic and the environment are affected by ground vertical grouting reinforcement before pipe jacking construction at present. Three layers of hole channels which are arranged up and down are drilled in the grouting reinforcement area, each layer comprises a plurality of hole channels, the axis of each hole channel in the middle layer is parallel to the axis of the installed jacking pipe, each hole channel in the innermost layer is inclined towards the left side, each hole channel in the outermost layer is inclined towards the right side, a drilling machine is installed, holes are formed at a certain drilling angle, and drilling is conducted downwards in a deviated mode; drilling in the horizontal direction is kept when the designed drilling depth is reached through an arc-shaped track with a certain length, and after drilling of a horizontal grouting section is completed, drilling is upwards deviated at a certain angle to reach an unearthed point. And the drill bit is connected with the grouting floral tube and dragged back. And after the floral tube reaches the soil penetrating point, one end of the floral tube is blocked, the other end of the floral tube is connected with a grouting pipeline, and horizontal directional grouting is started. The method has the advantage of small influence on traffic and environment.
一种水平定向注浆加固路基施工方法涉及路基施工领域。主要是为解决目前顶管施工前进行地面竖向注浆加固对交通和环境产生影响的问题而发明的。在注浆加固区钻注三层上下排列的孔道,每层都包括若干个孔道,中间层的各孔道轴线与安装后的顶管轴线平行,最内层的各孔道均向左侧倾斜,最外层的各孔道均向右侧倾斜,安装好钻机,以一定的钻进角度开孔,向下偏向钻进,经过一定长度的弧形轨迹,达到钻孔设计深度时保持水平方向钻进,待水平注浆段钻孔完毕后,以一定的角度向上偏向钻进到达出土点。钻头连接注浆花管并进行回拖。花管到达入土点后,对花管一端进行封堵,另一端与注浆管路连接,开始进行水平定向注浆。优点是对交通和环境影响小。
