The invention relates to an underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage positioning device which comprises an upper clamp, a lower clamp and deformed steel bars, and a lifting lug is arranged at the top of the upper clamp and used for lifting the whole positioning device; the upper fixture is provided with at least two first through holes, the lower fixture is provided with at least two second through holes and at least two third through holes, the first through holes correspond to the second through holes up and down in position and are used for penetrating deformed steel bars, the upper parts of the deformed steel bars penetrate through the first through holes, and the lower parts of the deformed steel bars penetrate through the second through holes and are used for connecting the upper fixture and the lower fixture; the top of a main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage penetrates through the third through hole and is used for connecting the reinforcement cage with the lower fixture; when the positioning device is used, the penetrating bar penetrates through the lower portion of the upper clamp and abuts against the lower surface of the upper clamp, meanwhile, the two ends of the penetrating bar are in lap joint with the top of a guide wall, and therefore the positioning device can hoist a reinforcement cage to the proper height in a groove.
