The invention discloses a rod type pile foundation capable of preventing a pile body from being pulled out and a working method.The rod type pile foundation comprises a base, a supporting block fixed in the base, a supporting plate movably arranged at the top of the supporting block through a guide structure and an anti-freezing pulling assembly located on the lower portion of the supporting block; wherein the anti-freezing pulling assembly comprises a first connecting rod rotationally connected to the supporting block and one or more telescopic rods with the ends fixed to the first connecting rod, a scraping plate is fixed to the other end of each telescopic rod, and when the telescopic rods are in the stretching state, the scraping plates protrude out of the outer wall of the base; the supporting plate is in transmission connection with the first connecting rod through a transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly converts vertical linear motion of the supporting plate into rotation of the first connecting rod. A large base is formed at the bottom of the hole, so that a fulcrum is formed, upward frozen expansive force is overcome, and the service life of the pile foundation is prolonged.
